I know there's a ton of talent out there. I've seen it and it's what makes our region such a vibrant and successful economic leader in our State and in the Nation. Each client I've assisted brought their own set of skills, knowledge, experiences, and goals. My goal is to assist you in creating individualized document(s) that capture and reveal these talents to employers you want to work for.
My challenge to you is to understand that you're in control of what you can control in your job search. Making that solid 1st impression on paper, online, and in person. Creating a plan that includes tailored documents, but goes beyond to get noticed and seen. Once you have a strong package, networking for those vital referrals to open positions may become easier.
The job search is what you make it. It is dynamic, ever-changing. Focusing on the negative will get us nowhere fast. If what you're doing isn't working, change it up.
